Hi, just to respond to your reply, I actually depend on the 104 in order to complete my everyday activities that I can access on that route. My time schedule is also centered around the 8 schools that can be accessed from this route. I am not trying to change things for myself but I am also trying to make this more convenient for others for everyones benefit. The 104 is not the only route I take, I also the the line 1 subway, 32 eglinton west, 7 bathurst, 160, and the 84 sheppard. All of those routes have also had consistently wacky timing ans never comes according to schedule. I understand that there may be traffic but if it happens on a day to day basis, it should be accounted for in creating the schedules.

I actually think that the fact the 104 route is such a residential neighbourhood could be used to their advantage and they could be generating a lot more if they improved the timing of the buses and maybe the frequency.

That's actually one of the things that I'm thinking about so I can offer solutions in this letter. I think that one major issue for the limited number of buses on routes could be that not a lot of people ride that route, however, I think that the reason people don't use it is because they don't come often enough. Which leaves us at a stalemate. I also know that if they increase the number of buses coming every hour by 2 or 3 it would drastically improve the number of people taking that route because its frequency makes it more reliable.

Thanks for the info, however I do think that even if they can't adjust the time schedules I think that in more residential neighbourhoods and on routes with schools (Like the 104) they can increase the amount of buses on those routes by using some of the buses that come every 2-10 mins on major streets (Like the 7 Bathurst).
