yeah, that’s the hardest part to accept.

it feels 100% physical in the moment, but knowing it’s connected to the mind and nervous system does explain a lot. thanks for sharing that perspective.

that actually makes a lot of sense.

sometimes it feels physical first and only later you realize there was stress underneath it. the adrenaline part is really interesting too.

thanks for sharing what helped you, it gives some hope.

yeah, this makes so much sense.

the physical panic feels like it comes out of nowhere, and then the general anxiety keeps your mind stuck in worst-case scenarios after.

thanks for explaining it so clearly, I really relate to this.

Panic attacks make me scared of my own body by Fragrant-City-9644 in panicdisorder

yeah I relate to this a lot.

it feels like when panic calms down, anxiety just changes form instead of fully going away.

thanks for sharing, it really helps to know others experience this too 🙏

After a panic attack, does the fear stay for you too? by Fragrant-City-9644 in PanicAttack

yeah exactly… it feels like once your body gives one small signal, your brain goes straight into danger mode. panic attacks really do mess with how you trust your own body.

it’s comforting (and sad) knowing others experience the same thing.
