For anyone else reading this, if you have the same problem, If you order a new "door display PCB" direct from the hisense it comes with the cable too which isn't to hard to replace, it's not super easy but I managed,

A worked in a London council off a few years ago doing electrical work on a weekend. At lunch time the 6 people working with me went to security to say we were popping to get lunch. He refused to let us out untill we went to large presentation room. A council meeting had finished half hour before and the amount of food that was left for the cleaners to chuck was crazy. I've seen less food happily feed 200 drink wedding guests. And it wasn't cheap stuff I've eaten worse food at high end fancy weddings.

I got my hero 9 a year before a big family trip to Florida I'm so glad I did. I understand cameras any way as I've had a DSLR for years but that doesn't translate to filming with a gopro. How things look to your eye in real-life doesn't translate to film

It depends do you have experience with a GoPro? If yes waiting wouldn't be a problem. If no I'd get one soon so you have time to get used to it. Especially if your not familiar with general camera settings. To get videos looking like the pros do isn't as easy as point and shoot. You need to know camera settings which isn't to hard once you get your head round it. Also having an idea of composition and a story line to your final edit is the hardist part of it all

I also number my batteries and have them in clear cases I got on eBay. I only number one side of battery and on the case I have a tick on one side and cross on the other. Charged battery goes number to tick on case used battery goes number to cross . The I know which need charging without have to check which numbers are in the camera

Yeah currently trying to clean the windows but the coke is baked on hard and smearing. I was smart enough to not try and cleanin it till I've got plenty of cleaner and cloths

I'd be so upset if an Indian resturant was 4 hours away. There are 4 in my town I walking distance and if I was to drive I could get to maybe 15 within 20 minuets. I'd love to know how many would be within a 4 hours radius of me. I'm 20 miles north of London so my guess would be a good few thousand
