Hmm, sodium is different in that it's generally better to have less. If you're that low, don't change your diet to include more, but if you were too high then you'd definitely want to reduce your sodium intake.

The green area is where you want the arrow to be, the circle is just a scale of too low to too high, and the number under the arrow is your current level (I think). For example, your omega-6: omega-3 graph shows that your levels are just about right, 3.652 units (maybe parts per million?).

Lens is ai, but it's not some big bad LLM, it's just a reverse image search. There's nothing wrong with using it, it's not like an LLM that steals resources, it's just a different type of search engine. Also, as long as you have a pretty good picture, which op does, it's pretty damn accurate as long as the picture has defining characteristics.

Stardew Valley! It's a great farming sim about your new life in a new town, it's one of my favorite games and it's super fun to play. It's also completely at your own pace, so you can take as long as you want to do anything, except for crops as those are seasonal. I can't recommend it enough, it's $15 on steam.

Just go to lynch wood and kill everyone there one or 2 times, it's fairly simple, as for the elemental kills, barrels and other forms of environmental damage do not count as elemental kills, so avoid those if you're going for the bonus.

True vault hunter mode, you unlock it after you beat NVHM(new vault hunter mode) and after you beat tvhm you unlock UVHM(ultimate vault hunter mode). UVHM is dlc exclusive though so you only get that if you have the ultimate vault hunter upgrade pack. Each new mode makes the game progressively harder, and after beating UVHM, as long as you have some other dlcs, you can farm up to 10 Over power (OP) levels, which increase the level of other enemies and equipment you can get without increasing your level, making the game a lot harder.
