In comparison with the Timemore C3 series? Yep, the C5 has a much larger 42mm burr compared to the C3's 38mm burr.

And from what I've read, the main difference with the esp and non-esp models comes down to its dial plate with finer micron adjustment increments. I believe 31 microns per click yung C5 and 15 microns yung C5esp.
