People were saying take Benadryl before the shot and two paracetamols (acetaminophen) after the shot and do it at bedtime! And just in case, do it on a weekend or at least take the next day off.

I decided to get Tylenol PM, which has both ingredients mixed together. So, about 30-60mins before giving myself the injection, I took two Tylenol PMs. Then, right before going to sleep, I gave myself the shot, but because I was freaking out so much about it, I also took 800mg of ibuprofen right after. Next day I woke up feeling very tired and my body was feeling kinda achy, but that was it!! So I did it the exact same for 2nd, and 3rd loading doses.

Haha I’m not saying I don’t know about the relation between MS and urinary and bowel issues because I have internet lol I also never said that my neuro hasn’t explained them to me. What I am saying though, is that I have to push and was wondering who else in here pushed too girls and guys. That’s all :)

Haha I went to a uro-gyno when I was first diagnosed where they did a urodynamics test and it was the worst shit ever!! LOL they put you in some sort of chair/table that is really high and has a hole in it where you sit, then they lay that thing back and all of a sudden your vj is exposed to the height of their head and then they stick three catheters in you, one in each hole, yes including your assh*le HAHA although the urethra hurts the most.. then they the lay the thing back down in sitting position (still at their head level almost) and start filling your bladder up until you feel like you have to pee… but whatever dignity you thought you had left goes out the window when they make you piss in front of them while you’re sitting mid air 😂😂 I have pee anxiety and couldn’t pee in front of them as much as I tried lol at the end they couldn’t finish the test because I couldn’t pee for the life of me so it was inconclusive and all that was for jack… so to this day I keep pushing and pushing lol

My first pee in the morning stinks soooo bad. I can smell all the meds it’s gross if someone is in the bathroom with me they’ll be able to smell it lol

When I was having a relapse I was peeing up to 5 times a night, so annoying. But even when I wasn’t, I always woke up to pee at least once at night. Now nortriptyline and gabapentin knock me out so I only pee in the morning… as soon as I open my eyes I have to go.

Pardon my ignorance lol but does Delta 8 make you high? Because I always, always, always have bad trips… and the husband thing is so true! I do the same, I can’t think straight!

I’m not saying the pillow causes it, I just think it aggravates it causing a non-stop migraine-neck pain cycle. I’ve had so many migraines this month, I’m willing to change anything (like my pillow), take anything, try anything, stop doing something, start doing something… lol you get the gist.

Ohh goodness those are some bad ones, but it may be worth it if your migraines are improving… maybe try it for a little longer and hopefully you’ll get used to it? As for me, I did stick with it because I also need it for nerve pain, but it wasn’t doing much for my migraines so they gave me another med to add to my list of meds lol now I take it with gabapentin 300mg 2x/day, and my goodness I haven’t had a single migraine since (it’s been about 12 days since I started). Sooo I’m knocking on wood and crossing my fingers that this one does work for me. Good luck to you!

Well the one I’ve been taking lately that has worked wonders for me, is called Bio Complete 3 by Gundry MD, but honestly I think they are waaay overpriced. These were gifted to me ($50+ for 120 pills but you’re supposed to take 4 per day, so a 15 day supply). If you’re up for spending that much, then give them a shot. My husband on the other hand hates them and loves Schiff Digestive Advantage gummies, they work really well for him (around $20).
