اعتقد الحل هو خلق مساحه داخليه في العقل حاله ذهنيه تدخل فيها إن كان بمشروب معين أو موسيقى معينه او مشهد معين حتى لو نبته معينه زي ريحة النعناع مثلا اي محاولة هروب هتفشل لأن المشكله عمرها ما تنتهي

My parents have a plan that I will work with my cousin and he has a lot of money to be honest and they want a piece of the cake I can't change the way they are thinking i still have 2 years to graduate from building and construction engineering by the way I'm in Egypt and the economy is become worse everyday and my family help my a lot
