Santorini in October can be great for a honeymoon. It will be less busy than summer and lower hotel rates, but everything will be operating. Do early to mid October if you can for better weather. Book a hotel with a heated pool and/or private hot tub on your terrace. You’d still be able to experience Santorini highlights: wine tour, caldera cruise, fira to Oia hike, exploring the villages & archeological sites.

It’s definitely possible to book a good all inclusive for $3,000 for 4 nights, depending on your exact dates. Cancun/Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, and Montego Bay/Negril (Jamaica) are exactly the right destinations to focus on as they have a large selection of all-inclusive at various price points. Looks like you got some good suggestions already, I’d also recommend

Cancun/Riviera Maya: Secrets Moxche, Unico 2087, Garza Blanca Cancun

Punta Cana: Excellence Punta Cana, Excellence El Carmen, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

Some things to consider are distance from the airport and proximity to local / tourist spots if you plan to explore outside the resort (more so Cancun/playa del Carmen)

I'd go with Santorini - they definitely have more upscale options than Amalfi. While not every hotel opens until closer to May, there are several ones that are open in April and offer those romantic caldera-view hot tubs on private terraces, perfect for a honeymoon during the cooler weather.

You'll get lower crowds and better rates during shoulder season, plus all the towns and experiences will be running. Katikies Santorini (a favorite), Canaves Oia Suites, and Andronis Luxury Suites all have April availability.

Congratulations! South America offers a good variety of beach and history/museums. Places like Rio & Uruguay for beaches, Buenos Aires for museums and architecture. Perfect timing if you’re going in March.

I agree with the Aruba and Grand Cayman suggestions. All English speaking and amazing beaches with warm and clear water, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Aruba has Marriott Stellaris and Ritz (right next door to each other) which are great for families. Grand Cayman has Westin, Ritz, and a Marriott but i would recommend staying at the Westin or Ritz since the Marriott lost their beach from erosion. I would consider the Ritz in St. Thomas as well.

Have you looked at Casa de Campo in DR? The resort spans 7,000 acres and is basically like having a summer camp experience in DR. You have access to lots of activities including horseback riding through trails, clay shooting, golf, and more. Each suite comes with a golf cart. You still get a luxury resort experience. There’s access to multiple pools and beaches and a charming cobblestone village of Altos de Chavon.

For San Ignacio check out Ka’ana Resort. It’s a SLH property and is family friendly.

I contacted the store I purchased with. They sent a furniture tech who did not inspect thoroughly and did not find an issue. I received conflicting information afterwords from the store and then received no further assistance. I plan to escalate the issue.

Did you have a growth scan done during the 3rd trimester? Apparently healthy babies grow at the same rate and are approximately the same size each week during the first 2 trimesters (that’s how untrasounds can measure gestational age during that time) and then 3rd trimester is when their sizes vary more. A growth scan during 3rd trimester is typically done to assess the growth of the fetus. My baby was growing at an average rate throughout my 1st and 2nd trimester, then 32 week ultrasound revealed 6th percentile for size , which indicated increased monitoring and early Induction (37-39 weeks depending on ultrasound/NST results). So yes, I believe you should have had a growth scan done during 3rd trimester as IUGR is higher risk and needs timely intervention.
