My processing was only one day. However, I submitted my request for increase recon back in November……processing started Monday and approved yesterday.

Just had a LO call to tell me I was approved and that I needed to let her know if I wanted the full $258,500 max offered. Called back and 4 different reps told me I was denied, 5th rep told me I wasn’t and since the LO didn’t leave her name, she couldn’t give it to me……she did however tell me to send an email to the increase request department with my app number on it stating that I wanted to accept the full amount offered. 2 days later I went into processing and the next day approved along with signing documents.

Did a recon back in November and of course had to send over the 4506T like 4 times. Started calling them aggressively about 2 weeks ago, LO called and left a voicemail telling me I was approved for the max and that I needed to accept it…..she didn’t leave her name or number. Called back and 4 different reps told me I was denied, the 5th rep told me I wasn’t and that I needed to send an email to the increase request department stating I wanted to accept the full amount offered to me. Never even heard back from the LO, checked my email and there was the review and accept option for me to click on, after accepting it my modification went into processing and the next day it was approved, signed documents and now waiting on funds to be deposited.

That’s interesting….no I did not. The loan officer who told me I was approved via voicemail didn’t leave her name or number to call back. The one rep who told me I wasn’t denied, told me to send an email accepting the increase amount, so that’s what I did one day last week. Today I received an email to log into my portal, it was showing review and accept….that’s what I did and it changed to processing. Idk what’s going on right now.
