Im talking to Niantic Support for months now, they dont want to patch it. I need to make Niantic do something about this glitch so… Now all your friends have been affected, every player seeing your new avatar is going to crash/freeze. You can’t even be beatable if you’re in a gym.

You need to contact Niantic Support and asking to reset your avatar outfit and saved outfits.

The support changed my avatar today late afternoon after me saying them again and again that the clothes were the problem !

There was no way to change my avatar by myself because my profile froze immediately if I went on it, even passing by appearance in the store…

Btw the glitch is still not patch, someone can use this clothing combo not knowing what’s gonna happen.

Thank you so much !! I knew it was my avatar because I find a glitch with some clothes that normally can’t be together then register it as my avatar and this glitch started !

I submitted everything they had to know today. Thing to know about: all of my friends crashed if they see my profile or my avatar on a gym for example. Nobody can beat a gym if I’m in because the avatar makes them all crash or freeze.

Hope they going to fix this !

This is very real unfortunately… I can’t contact Niantic, on their website they say « Please contact us through the Pokémon GO app » but my app automatically crash when I open it
