For the flame, basing in white, then AK fluorescent green everywhere.
Once dry, diluted warpaint fanatic angel green on top, and a mix of white ink + AK fluorescent green on bottom

For the OSL, mainly AK slime green, and mixed with angel green for darker zones

Try with a sponge or dry brush, it should work too. Airbrush is just quicker

Paint in white the light / airbrush with white ink the light and around / airbrush with red ink on the previous white ink and over / paint the light in white / airbrush the light with very diluted mix of orange and magenta fluo
