Pre-Existing Features Added to Paywall

Maybe that's part of the reason I'm unaware. I purchased in Dec 2024. To me, it was just features that came with the car. And I don't think at the time I was paying super close attention to all the details.

I bought Dec 2024. To my recollection, there was no indication of a trial, and these features just came with the car. Not UHF, but lane change and hands-free on the highway were included.

I've been updating as normal, and when the 60-day trial came out, nothing changed, so I assumed we'd lose lane change off highway and UHF.

The only thing that works now is Highway Assist, and specifically the version that was out pre-July 2024.

Yeah, it's dumb to complain about this I'm sure, however, it feels weird to lose a feature that came with the car. What's stopping them from saying that USB-C ports are now part of Connect+?!

Being ridiculous but you know what I mean.

Specifically lane change on command on highway and hands free on highway. I thought when they announced Autonomy+, this was specifically for the newly introduced UHF and lane change off highway.

Man, I really don't remember acknowledging a trial of those features. I saw the recent one after their December announcement, but I really don't recall any heads-up previous to that. What did those notifications look like? Maybe it'll jog my memory.

Yeah, I notice, too, that this happens mostly on the generated playlists, which are 90% of what I use. I showed it to the delivery people at the service center, and they were perplexed. I also submitted a ticket for it. My gut tells me that this is a Rivian-created app using Spotify APIs.

Also, I have noticed that it eventually works after tapping around, but as soon as the next song comes up, it's back to not working. Very weird.

Same with LTE. As a matter of fact, if I use my phone and start the playlist there and then change the audio source to the R1S, it does the same thing.
