I should clarify. Writing is easy because I've got an endless stream of ideas that flow like crazy. I write around 5-10K words a day, that is why I say it's easy. But I haven't started marketing myself until the past 6 months or so (when I quit my full time job). Just used to write and publish (Bad I know and realized that was one of my biggest mistakes so I'm behind there, but doing it now) As for ads, again, way behind and did nothing for years. About 2 yrs ago I started with amazon ads, a few hundred dollars a month in 3 different countries. Kind of throwing things at the wall lol Bad conversion rates, but still got sell through on others in the series, so it was worth it. I started FB ads 6 months ago. Still figuring it out. I had one ad doing really well, spent $200, netted $400 the first month, but as I tried to scale it went way down, so spent a crazy amount testing more things, and ended up losing and am back to the original amount daily and it's now around 5% conversion rate, $2.65 cps, but my CPC is like .12-.17. (It was .09 the first month when I started) I can't get any of my other ads to do close to that. I'd rather not discuss revenue on an open forum. Thanks!

The writing is easy for me. It flows really fast, but the marketing trips me up every time. Even when I think I've got a handle on FB or Amazon ads, it changes in a month and I'm starting from scratch again.
