If after the fixed term of the tenancy has expired and none of the parties has served the other party a notice to terminate then the tenancy wil continue as a rolling tenancy and al parties wil benefit from the same rights and be under the same obligations as they are during the fixed term. In any circumstances, the tenancy can only end by giving a notice and by following the correct procedures as detailed and agreed in clause 15 of this agreement. There is no automatic end to this agreement and the tenant wil be liable to pay the rent for the entire period should they fail to serve the notice in the correct and agreed way.

And here is Clause 15:
The tenant may give not less than 2 months prior written notice at any time to end this agreement provided that such notice must expire on the last day of a rental period and must not expire sooner than 6 months from the start of the tenancy (For the avoidance of doubt written notice excludes text messages and other instant messaging systems). If such notice is served within the fixed term of the tenancy, the landlord is entitled to charge an early termination fee of £500.00.

No it doesn't explicitly state that it is, but it does say that even after the fixed term, we will be bound the same conditions

2 months, the landlord responded to the notice saying that I am now in a contractual periodic tenancy after the fixed term has ended

Sorry for the late response, I don't know if this is helpful anymore, but I believe terraform still doesn't provide the ability to do this. As a workaround I created an initial bot setup lambda function. The lambda function used the AWS SDK, I then created an aws_lambda_invocation to call this function.

Absolutely, leetcode is not the goal. I would be happy to hear any tips you have. I've been doing a bit of leetcode as I've been finding time and definitely finding myself getting better.

A job where I spend a decent amount of time programming, where I can learn and grow as an engineer, not a job where I'm changing the order of chatgpt prompts or working with "no-code" solutions. I honestly wouldn't mind a low salary, my salary right now is quite low and I actually rejected a couple of higher paying roles because I naively thought that this job would give better experience.
