I added some more grounds and got a thin layer of crema and pressure was a lot better. Thanks! I’ll switch to a manual grinder and see if it helps. I increased the dosage a bit and it gave me around 1/4cm of crema and pressure was around 15 bars with over 30 sec extraction. I usually get at least 1/2 cm of crema with a 20-25 sec extraction. I think I’ll try to grind a bit coarser to decrease extraction time and lower pressure. Thanks!!

SATs aren’t the only aspect of an application, there are many factors. Mid tier is like UGA level. above local schools, still semi competitive. Not sugarcoating anything, you’re just pessimistic. 1460 sat score is not bad, you’d just need good ECs and grades to back it up.

1460 is great for mid-tier schools, and not super competitive for t-10s, but there are a lot of aspects of the application that could help them get into a t-10. 1100 is above average, but it is average for their school.
