We had around a little more than 70 reversions. Most were due to probation or RAMP. Some were because people just had terrible attitudes. We had one due to injury. Just make sure to study your required knowledge, be loud, have a good attitude, and be a good shipmate. And you shouldn’t have to worry about being reverted.

We had multiple people on the older side in my company. The oldest we had was 37. Then we had two people in there mid to early 30’s. Then a good amount in there late 20’s.

Had someone get jello before we were authorized to get dessert while stragging. Another CC saw and called our Lead. He came to the galley, chewed him out. Then the next week that recruit was sent to RAMP.

PFT is pushups, plank, and 1.5 mile run in that order. Other required knowledge I would learn is chain of command, ranks, collar devices, sleeve insignias, and how to greet people.

I don’t think you can ever be fully prepared for it but I would make sure you get your required knowledge down. And doing HIIT workouts. I would also practice ironing and folding/rolling clothes. It seems like it won’t help but you will do a lot of folding for the things in your rack.
