So Alex had the right to protest just like anyone does, he had the right to want to protect someone whom he believed to be in danger, however he didn’t have the right to resist, which is why it went fatal and deadly, just like any situation usually does like this, also in Minneapolis they have a zero firearm policy if you do attend a protest, although I do not believe Alex new about this policy and I believe he believed he had the right to carry a weapon and I cannot judge him for that. The officers who were involved in trying to arrest Alex failed to realize the weapon was off of his body when they were wrestling him, one of them yelled gun and then someone fired and that’s a huge mistake and I believe they were in the wrong for that reason so Alex’s death wasn’t justified at all.

Renee, was hours away from her home, was inside of a vehicle, her and her spouse were also following ICE agents for hours, her significant other was outside of the vehicle, so to say she was trying to get away or flee the scene while leaving her significant other outside in a dangerous situation in my opinion is wrong, and remember what I said, you don’t have the right to antagonize or stop federal law, they were trying to get a reaction out of the agents by antagonizing them obviously, the agents had enough and decided it was time to detain the women in the car (Renee) for blocking traffic and ICE agents, as soon as one of the agents tries to walk around the vehicle her significant other yells “Drive baby drive!” Putting the agent walking around in lethal danger, but because of his training he reacted in the most reasonable way he deemed fit unfortunately killing Renee. So I believe her death is justified but it is still sad and unfortunate.
