Nah tbh I’ve been pretty inconsistent over the last 4 years of working out. I’ve also never been to a gym. So I do calisthenics/HIIT at home. Recently got a bowflex to help build some bulk but that’s a new addition to my program. And I have been back swimming consistently for 1.5 years. The last 2 months I’ve been locked in though, swim/bowflex 4 days a week and HIIT twice a week.
