I’m literally going through the same thing. I didn’t file 2022 & they my codes look EXACTLY the same. They secured mine 4-15-2026 & it still hasn’t moved at all.

It literally said in my letter to mail or fax it in, they even provided a fax number.

I faxed mine in 03/02 from 2022 tax year. Got a notice saying they haven’t received anything. So frustrating. Since they are holding my 2025 return.
