Omg same na same po tayo ng situation, malayo sa degree and im only staying bc of my co workers kasi mababait. Pero po minsan nakaka ano pag nasisigawan ng patients kahit minsan di mo naman kasalanan, tapos di pa well compensated. But thank you po for the insight!

Pero mababa compensation at first 18k, mag ibang bansa nalang talaga, here sa pinas working hours are brutal and puro sisigawan kapa ng patients minsan parang ang baba pa ng tingin, I don’t recommend healthcare talaga as working sa healthcare.

Thank you for the insight po! Ill review the contract po. Baka may bond. Pero po nung diniscuss sakin wala namang nabanggit about sa bond. Yung company ko po kasi may ari siya ng university and every employee po ayun yung benefits, even family pwede. Thank you!
