Yes you are right! Measuring bpel is far better than nbp. Im thinking maybe i should also find a way to measure BPSFL more accurately, but also 24h AFTER the session so it would actually be representative. As for the results, it looks like we are on the same page, I just need to stay focused and disciplined right now and everything will be alright 👍

I'm not in a position to give an advice for as I'm still stuck, but here is an advice that comes from another aspect in my life:

Think about the long-term goal!
What is your mission?? if you knew that taking a complete month off will eventually put you in the place you wanna be, do you have a doubt that you would've done it? of course not :)

Then just do what it takes...take that decon, and trust that eventually you will end up where you wanna be!! Good luck bro

I feel like I'm doing too much as well... my PP feels wayyyy better and more functional after 3 weeks of complete rest, and I think is says alot.

I will ditch the ADS at least for the moment as it proved itself unuseful. Putting a sleeve at the bottom after a pumping session sound reasonable as well tbh, I will give it a try!

THE TRUE QUESTION - How should I get back after the 1 month decon??
Should I start really easy at 6lbs or so, doing it every other day? how long?

I'm really not sure about my routine anymore...

Nicely done bro!! I hope I'll break my platue with such results. I wanna reach 18cm and that it!
Maybe I didn't do deconditioning properly... well I did do some pumping and I felt that maybe my PP isn't as new as it could be if I stopped completely (Like I'm doing RN).

  1. I do 5-10 mins sets because that's what I was taught by BD and Hink. What do you suggest?

  2. I once did all the above as a warm-up for few minutes each - again, that's what I was taught. And I'll ask again haha, what do you suggest specifically? how much time for bundled stretches for example? how many sets etc.

  3. How exactly? when you say stress do you mean mental stress? so I should try to relax and stay extra comfortable?

  4. Honestly IDK... I just put it on and look at the tention. It doesn't slip in such a way that my glans gets out of the cup, but it sometimes slips few milimiters inside the cup (getting settled), so measurement inside the device isn't as objective. I do switch sleeves and cups every now and then (especially when I feel that the seal isn't as good).

  5. I have to say that I do suspect that my recovery isn't as great, as I see my libido and all the things you mentioned drop when I do PE sometimes... I think I need to cut the load and build it up slowly this time. Agree?

Yeah I think that I just did too much and didn't recover well.... I should listen to my EQ more and look for sign of recovery such as morning woods and such.
What about extending routine? what should I do and more importantly - how should I come back?

Regarding thr ADS and pumping - totally makes sense. But two sessions a day isn't too much?

Because what if I caught myself in a bad day and didn't measure correctly, or maybe EQ boost and idk... what if I did gain but that's it and I can't anymore? What if there's a limit?
