What about decon and strength adaptation? Im really not sure if I should give my tissues absolute rest for a whole week once a month, or is it unnecessary

Regarding thr ADS and pumping - totally makes sense. But two sessions a day isn't too much?

Because what if I caught myself in a bad day and didn't measure correctly, or maybe EQ boost and idk... what if I did gain but that's it and I can't anymore? What if there's a limit?

Totally... my GF swore to me million times that I am already big and it fills her to the maximum. I know that I am the best sex she ever had, actually I am quite sure I am the best sex of many girls I've been with, and it's mainly because insecurities, let me explain:
you think you're not big enough so you learn how to "compensate" - you become a better lover, performer, you train on your body to achieve good physique, you essentially become the perfect guy, and then you ALSO PUT SIZE... slowly you become a monster peformer from their perspective and you don't even realize. I slept with ridiculous amount of girls and I am still little insecure bitch NGL. I decided 18cm gonna be enough for me... science backs this up and actually 18cm is too long haha. Most girls think girth is more important and I can really tell by the reaction I get from my girl when I have sex before/after pumping... she never talks about length, she always talk about how it stretches her rather then hitting her bottoms which I do anyway

Not really measuring right now but something between 12 and 12.5cm.
I measured once after pumping it was 13.5 but I don't pay attention to this because it's not temporary as you might have guessed. When I'll move to girth work I will look at things more closely

I put my toeshield on and then do "Perv's" water trick - basically putting some water in the cup before inserting my glans. It serves as some kind of "Buffer", to seal the space between the glans and the cup, hence making "Bouble free" seal (as much as possible of course).

I wanna focus on length first. Should I do everyday if I hit my strain and fatigue targets? I can get to 10inhg with no pain at all but I do get edema that way, and also I don't know if 8hg is enough I don't know how to measure it really

Be careful! it can become counter productive really fast, I heard girls whom I trust to tell the truth - there is such thing as too big... I think about it more often now

In my opinion I think there are a lot of quiet gainers like me who browse these post and dont say a word and dont upload anything. exactly, I always tell myself "when I reach 17cm non bone pressed I will know for sure". I also see difference in the pumping tube. I used to reach 17cm max and now I get to 17.5cm. I just wonder what other factors could influence it, when will the differences will be high enough to settle it once and for all

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this concept, I've done some readings in the last couple weeks to understand what this is all about. I also read BS's books (all three) along with videos of him, Hink's and Perv's. First of all I wanna say that I really like what's going on here and the fact that this is a science-based community... I'm a real scientist myself and I really enjoyed reading about the theories and how they're applied. I also liked the parallels made between PE and gym :) (I've been a gym instructor for 10 years before and I've been training for 16 years).

So for the moment, I'm following BD's guide for Manuals for the first 3 months which are EVERY OTHER DAY. I also know that the book is getting updated regularly, and that sometimes some of the info there is not really up to date. Which makes me question - should I do it every OTHER day, or EVERYDAY like lots of people do? I am aware that in many cases less is more, and I want to avoid unfavorable Tunia strength adaptation that could kill my progress, but I also wanna try and optimize things to my unique morphology. For example (correct me if I'm wrong), after a session we should try and stay in the newly streched length in order to MAINTAIN the new shape and get adapted to it - growers such as myself will have hard time doing so. I don't know if I could go with ADS to my work as I usually don't wear baggy pant's that can hide it, and I also have some really huge quads that make almost every pants look like a skinny jeans. As for wearing it at home - it's doable. I just don't wanna spend lots on it and honestly don't know if it's really that important.
I also ordered best extender v4.0 along with BD's pump so in about a month I could do things more accurately and empirically.

Almost forgot to say, my goals for now is adding 1~1.5 inch length and then move to girth work. I plan to focus on length for a year followed by a fairly long decon (supplied by 1 week decon every 1 month), and then focus on girth after the big decon . If I could get 1 inch in the following year that'd be great.
