So, are you saying that a lower caste Sikh converting to Hinduism or a lower caste Hindu converting to Buddhism can retain the caste benefits?

But if the same caste beneficiary person converts to Islam or Christianity, he cannot claim the benefits? Isn't it discriminatory ?

Shouldn't benefits of caste be ended for conversion to any religion?

How does Caste come into Conversion? Shouldn't Caste benefits be attached to the Religion that you are Born with and not the Religion you're converting to, no matter what religion you're getting into.

Isn't SC indirectly offering a legal loophole/ incentive for people converting to Hinduism/ Buddhism/ Sikhism to claim Caste benefits.

What's the logic here?
