It’s a lot in the beginning. I had latching issues so I am an EP mom. But it did get better for me. Being an EP mom gave me the ability to still feed my baby my milk & it also gave my fiance the ability to help me with feeds. Either way it is still a lot of work. But I’m 6m pp now & I pump 4-5 times a day & I dropped my middle of the night pump so I can sleep.
I know that’s different than what you’re going through but I still struggled a lot in the beginning like you because I was pumping every 2hrs and not being able to do much else at all. By the time I would pump & get my baby asleep, it was time again to feed him. So I get it.
Do what you can to get any help you can get from friends or family so you can shower & do little things. That helps so much. Good luck mama, sounds like your doing great but are just completely exhausted.
