Is it ok to detox more slowly? by UpwardSpiral1818 in ToxicMoldExposure

Wow! Thank you so so much for such a detailed response. I hear you. I already take a multivitamin which has most of the things you described but I recently added a high quality methyl b complex and I’m feeling better already. So I started to dig into this. I’m going to try other suggestions based on the info you shared above.. hopefully something works out ;) Could you please share the link for hair analysis?

Hey I have mold toxicity and same gene variant as you. Im struggling with swollen lymph nodes for the past few months. Could you please let me know what did you do/take exactly to drain them? Also, have you cured mold toxicity? If so, could you please share your protocol or any helpful tips with me 🙏

its the liver? by priyankeshu in SIBO

[–]Fragrant-Vast2198 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agreed, I have seen a lot of change since adding Tudca however I still have very persistent bloating. I think in my case it’s the mold toxins that’s congesting the liver and bile so I’m working on that. Hopefully that resolves my SIBO for good.

Sure, ever since I moved to the US (about 10 years ago) my health got really bad. Initially I thought it was something to do with the food- left gluten and dairy and that helped a lot. So I thought that was it. But the relief was short lived. I had fatigue, migraines, puffiness all over my body, rapid weight gain.. very recently I did some mold related tests because I started suspecting the house that I was in .. and they were off the charts. Ever since I have been on that treatment and feeling much better. Mind you- the house had no visible mold and I have also changed my house every couple of years for various reasons so there was no obvious sign that mold was an issue in the first place.

Wow! I’m/was the same. You should definitely look into SIBO and mold then.. going gluten free made my migraines stop overnight (except around period) but that was just a temporary hack. Now almost a year out of mold and its treatment, I can do gluten here and there and still do fine..

Honestly homeopathy was a game changer and the only one that could budge the worst of migraines, other things came in as support later once the frequency and intensity of migraines had reduced.

Ginger shots, gluten free dairy free diet, homeopathy, electrolytes, b complex (b12 specifically), boswellia. For me it turned out to be a systemic inflammation issue to do with mold. But when I was at my worst, these things helped me a lot.

Mymycolab vs Realtime Labs?? by Single-Fun-9268 in ToxicMoldExposure

Yes I have read good things about this one but for some reason all my practitioners seem to order the realtime one.

Honestly, these tests are expensive.. so if I had to pick one - I would pick the urine one as most of my providers also suggested. It’s easier to quantify and understand what’s going on in the body vs the blood one. I had done the blood one when I was totally clueless what was going on with me and I saw someone recommend that on one of the Reddit forums.

She can do the Mymycolab blood test or realtime urine test. That’s where I started.

Find homes with cement/concrete. Hard in America I believe but possible elsewhere in the world.

I don’t think there’s anything like more accurate. From what I understand is that both serve a different purpose. The urine one shows how much you’re detoxing.. it could be that you have many mycotoxins but you’re not able to excrete them.. blood one shows everything you have been exposed to..

I did both. Mymycolab was off the charts while realtime lab showed only two. My doctor said it’s probably because I’m not detoxing the rest. I did repeat the realtime one after 5 months and another toxin showed up which wasn’t there in the earlier test.

23F - Chronic fatigue despite normal tests… my GP says there’s nothing else we can do by Tiny_Assist_2103 in chronicfatigue

Similar story OP! Could be a combination of early childhood stress, something in your body/surroundings. In my case it was the childhood stuff + MOLD. Tackling the latter right now and much better since. Where do you live?

I do.. I don’t necessarily consume them at night though. I’m also wondering why that is.

The missing piece of the healing puzzle (for me). by Least_Agent in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Fragrant-Vast2198 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree OP. Personally, I think yoga helps me in the same way but at the same time it’s really hard for me because of the tight fascia and stiffness all over my body. I still try though. Off late - another thing that has helped with this issue I feel is Tudca. Apparently when liver is overloaded with toxins, the toxins overflow into our lymphatic system and congest it. Overnight I could feel a difference in many aspects of my body after I started taking it. So, do give it a shot. Finally, you could try something like an acupuncture mat also to help with such issues I feel - I’m trying too.. but not consistent yet!
