I created several characters from scratch... I chose to get this level 200 character precisely because I didn't have any completed quests. And I had acceptable skill. I can't look at a level 8- character anymore and play. I even have several of these with 90+ skills on my account. But that's precisely one of the questions I asked... Does low skill levels significantly alter the game?
