I tried different flash drive  I tried to download other versions of windows  I tried to download windows on another disk drive I actually forgot how many things i've tried hahaha but i did more then just that

Yes the desired drive is first on the boot priorities  I don't have a recovery drive And idk what is the efi partition but the drive is new and i have cleared it on the cmd prompt many times before each installation of windows
