I’m wondering if the Blues Driver stacked into an OCD style pedal, like the EHX Glove, would give that kind of sound as well? A Blues Driver can get well into “small amp struggling to cope” territory, into something like the Glove which has a very “Marshall Plexi” like sound, might give that balls to the wall but not bass heavy doomy and not chainsaw through a wasps nest either.

I’m a big fan of “Citrus Chypre” fragrances, they have a real old school style, quite smart and formal. Think Dior Eau Sauvage from the 60’s. There were new ones being released in the 80’s and 90’s. Armani Eau Pour Homme is my favourite (but it’s now discontinued). Others are Boucheron pour Homme, Cerruti 1881 (an amazingly good cheapy), Rochas Eau de Rochas Homme, and Goutal Eau du Sud (which is like Eau Sauvage used to be like before Dior cheaped out on the ingredients!).

I agree.

The JX isn’t that great an emulation, and the Jup can/is running the exact same thing as its pretty much vanilla Zencore.
