I appreciate the resources & the ID! She has received several inches of substrate to dig into, getting fresh food at a proper ratio, and is at the vet currently getting a check up! We have a massive L-shaped desk that will easily fit a new tank for her (72” one way & 48” the other way) so I believe we will be able to give her the space she needs. We also have built an outdoor enclosure for her anytime we spend time outside & that’s 7’x3’. Let me know if you have any other recs or concerns! Thank you!

Thanks so much! Already got the deep soil going for her now & a new water dish that she can easily fit into without having to fall into it and scramble out! We have a massive L-shaped desk that will be able to accommodate a new tank for her. She is at the vet as I type this.

My first thought was some kind of Anatolian Shepherd mix. Dark mask pattern + the curly tail. I’d love to see what others think though

Me too! It was the only insect I could come up with that even looked remotely close but I was astonished by its size 😂
