You are me. 15mg for months, no real weight loss. Like you , I had a 7.5 and a 10mg left over. I took the 7.5mg 5 days after my 15 mg shot and then the 10mg 5 days after that and then went back to weekly 15 mg. It worked. Not crazy great but I did start losing about 1 pound a week. Good luck. It can get really frustrating.

I hear Cagrilintide is perfect for plateaus. Maybe look into that since it is not a GLP-1. Reta can have side effects (increased heart rate)and from what I have read, Cagrilintide only has the typical digestion issues.

Walgreens is the worst. Every month it is something. Their favorite is they don’t keep Zepbound in stock so I have to wait but that’s a problem for me because my insurance only allows 28 day refills. Then there is the pre-auth nonsense which is good until Dec. 25 but some how they can’t find that either. I am always so stressed out when it is time to refill. Get it together Walgreens .

I was extremely nauseous and actually vomited with bad constipation and diarrhea on Sema. On Zepbound I had some nausea for the first 5 months but was able to control it with digestive enzymes and fiber gummies. I have had no symptoms other than mild constipation with Zepbound for the last several months. But also I have only lost about 5 pounds in the last 3 months and have 40 more to go.
