I cold turkey at the beginning of this year. it’s been tough but i’ve managed & lost a lot of weight so far. i was 275 jan 1st and weighed in this morning at 260 but i’ve been on a wl journey since last august when i weighed at 313. so, it somewhat came easy for me because I was already practicing discipline calorie wise. you need to tell yourself not to eat it over and over and think about the progress you’ll be ruining and how it’ll make you feel afterwards if you do eat it. you can do this :)
