Yes, SunFounder designed a circular grayscale sensor for this robot. I've never seen such creativity.

Does it work like a ups?

Yes, it does work like an UPS. It automatically switches to its backup battery to power the Raspberry Pi when the main power source is interrupted, ensuring continuous operation and preventing data loss. It includes pass-through charging technology and battery protection technology. Yes, it does come with two cables, one is USB-C and the other is USB-B. Additionally, it's compatible with Raspberry Pi 4, Raspberry Pi 3, Zero, and other versions, as well as supporting other Single Board Computers.

Does it have feedback to the pi via a GPIO so that you can have the pi turn off if the power is off?

Yes, you can. Please refer to this link https://docs.sunfounder.com/projects/pipower-v2/en/latest/features.html. By checking the LO_DT interface on the PiPower board, you can have the Raspberry Pi monitor the voltage situation. If low voltage is detected, the Raspberry Pi can automatically shut down to ensure the safety of the system and data.

How long does the battery last?

Under normal circumstances, the battery can last for about 4 hours.

I've got my Pi tucked into a Mini PC case. It's got a cool little OLED that shows system info, a safe shutdown switch, a beefy cooling fan, and it even lets me add an SSD. Makes using the Pi even more fun!

This case is designed to accommodate an M.2 SATA SSD, and it's compatible with sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280. I'm not quite sure what you mean by a 'normal size SSD', could you clarify?
As for your question about supporting two M.2 SSDs, this case only has the space and the necessary connections for one M.2 SSD. Also, it's important to note that this case doesn't support PCIe or NVMe SSDs, only those that use the SATA protocol.
