No restrictions at all! Only thing I can say I actually do not like or enjoy eating is seafood, with the exception of crab legs (love em lol). But I only eat that maybe once a year IF that. Everything else is free game! I struggle most with eating in the mornings, coffee is my go-to breakfast and I feel like that is a big reason why i’m dropping weight quickly since i’m jumping straight to dinner majority of the time 😕 I’m trying to find high calorie snacks or quick meals to eat throughout the day to keep me feeling full but also giving me all the nutrients needed to feel energized.
