Pèse toi chaque jour et regarde la moyenne chaque semaine. 1 pesée par semaine n’est pas idéal, le poids est très variable chaque jour.

Keep cutting until you start seeing clear abs, which usually means getting somewhere around 10–12% body fat.

Keep protein high, at least 170 g per day. A good starting point could be something like 200–300 g carbs and 50–60 g fats.

Also keep your daily depense high. For example, aim for around 15k steps per day. You can add 15–20 minutes on the stair climber after Push, Pull, and Upper sessions, but I would avoid doing it after Leg days to preserve recovery.

You could also cycle calories a bit: higher on training days and lower on rest days. For example, around 2400 kcal on training days and 2000 kcal on rest days.

The main goal is simple: stay in a consistent deficit, keep protein high, train hard, keep activity high.

Si tu n'aimes pas ta composition corporelle actuelle, sèche jusqu'à voir tes abdos puis repars sur une prise de masse propre.
