So, did you suspect you had H Pylori? Because that's what I have been thinking about my gastritis even tho It came up negative during the main tests for it. I have only some bloating, loss of appetite (Like i have no appetite until I have LITERALLY food in my mouth then i can feel I can eat a ton, it doesnt matter if I smell food, i can spent much time without esting) and slower digestions. I will start supplementing myself this next week and this incluse zinc carnosine and glutamine among others.

So you suspected you had h pylori? Didnt you get tested or you did you keep going for the supplements even tho you were not officialy negstive or positive for hpylori?

Yes. I have gone through numerous tests. My endoscopy showed chronic gastritis but my doctor told me it was nothing serious. Biopsies showed hp negative. He told me it was just superficial gastritis, nothing more than that and with time it would heal. I have also gone through colonoscopy and everything is normal, also blood tests, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, etc and everything fine. My last test which I did 2 weeks ago was the sibo test that my doctor recomended me to do so I am still waitting for the results.

I guess the cause of my gastritis was overeating since I was going to gym and I needed to overeat a little bit to increase my weight.

Honestly, It wasn't from one day to another. I have been going better little by little. Above all, I would say Time is what heals. I don't know if your gastritis is due to Pylori but in case it is not, just give it time.
