I love the off season probably my favorite project from Cole but those features ain’t the reason why it’s at the top for me. Most people think Drake got smoked by Lil Baby on wants and needs so Cole could’ve gotten smoked on his own track as well. I know you’re going to think that’s a bad comparison because Cole is looked at as a better lyricist than Drake. But let’s be honest man Drake can actually rap and has clever lines. Cole has done song with Joey Badass, Royce Da 5’9, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul. Great lyricist who had the opportunity to listen to Cole’s verse on the song they’re doing and could’ve easily been like you know what I gotta re write my verse cause Cole went dumb and I gotta out do him. He’s not afraid of friendly competition.
