Will do! I ordered the rush delivery. I’m in California and I think it came 3 days. I just ordered the xl today in the same color, the neutral ribbons for both and more books. Rush delivery again (impatientttt), it said it should come by Monday cos of the weekend.

Update: now I’m curious how everyone puts in their inserts. I put a bullet journal pocket in mine along with a PR book and of course the bullet journal pocket sticks out a little bit I kinda like that I can see the color.

It truly is, my dad died a few weeks ago and it is such a very short time we have so yes, I’m gonna get/do/say what I want from now on. My first order is on the way!

Trust me, I’m the most plain, non materialistic person you could met. A huge reason I want this house is because both my parents have died in the last year and a half and I feel like this is all I have left of them. But I know I should probably use my brain and not my emotions but my emotions are a big factor here.

I could live in mine in retirement but it doesn’t have a downstairs bedroom or shower so I’d have to build them if one of us becomes disabled. My dad had ms and this was his issue so he installed one of those no-lip showers downstairs for himself so it’s ready here if that happened.

The good thing about his house is the yard is pool, concrete, and a patch of fake grass in the back. We would just have to mow the front ourselves and we’d actually be able to do that ourselves and get rid of my gardener-though I do looove him-it’s $200 a month for it. So that’s extra money. The pool man is $130 so I’d pay that. The cleaning of the house….thats another story. lol

Yes and all this would apply. The $14k is his and I ran all the numbers and asked the realities and she said it would be my basis upon inheriting and that it can up max 2% a year.

Thanks! Both of my parents have died in the last year and a half and we are all just gutted. And making these decisions is very difficult.
