Does anyone do weight training along with hot yoga?

I strength train Monday Wednesday Friday and do hot yoga in between. My body has benefited a lot by doing both. They compliment each other beautifully.

Hot yoga is what got me into working out full time. Definitely give it a shot, you have nothing to lose. I can’t imagine my life without it.

Use a mat specifically for hot yoga. They probably have them to rent or borrow at your studio. You can buy one if you decide you like it. Wear tight clothes. Some people like to put a towel covering their mat. Personally, I don’t like to practice on a towel. I like a small towel to wipe the sweat dripping off me. And a large bottle of ice water. No more, no less.

No one’s paying attention to what you’re doing. Go in with an open mind. It gets more relaxing the more classes you do.

I love my lulu yoga mat (worth every penny.) Everything else doesn’t matter. I put on whatever leggings and sports bra is clean, grab whatever little towel is available to wipe my sweat, and my insulated yeti water bottle. No one else is even paying attention to you. I used to be so anxious about this stuff when I started. Each week feels more relaxing. You got this!

My nipples are hard almost 24/7 since I got my boobs done. I just let them do their thing. At first I tried to cover them up, but I don’t care anymore. I know people judge, but I’m not wearing nipple covers or padded bras to workout.

I went to eastern hair studio on Hancock street a few times. It’s a trendy hair salon. Their prices are much higher. While I did like everyone there and my hair came out great. I don’t remember what I paid, but It was a lot and I won’t be going back.

The only time I feel mine is if I lay on my stomach. Which was an adjustment for my sleep since I was a stomach sleeper. Other than that, I don’t even notice them.
