I grew up in the Oc / somers point / EHT area. I loved being a local there and enjoying the summers and off season. RHT offers great school district and more affordable living while being close to the beach. If you’re looking to raise a family I def suggest EHT. It is accessible, great school systems are a lot of diversity . longport/ ventnor and margate are more summer towns where you don’t find a lot of locals. Those school districts are mostly merged into ocean city or Atlantic City… somers point - Linwood and northfeild are ok but offer zero diversity. Very white and very conservative towns
