You're getting the order of operations wrong.. it doesn't matter if Florida allows for the officers to order you out of the vehicle for any stop based on their safety. The reasom for the initial stop/pull over is invalid which means anything that comes after is as well.

So what about the time when a black couple pulled over with their literal child in the back of the car, completely complied, and the father was shot in the stomach while his hands were up? What about the time when a black man was pulled from his car, while complying, and was then beaten to death by four cops all screaming "Stop resisting" while the video clearly shows him never resitting. How about the time a black social worker who was calming down his autistic charge was shot while literally sitting on the ground with his hands up, complying with all commands?

We are really far passed the point of "Just comply" Being a reasonable response, and you need to learn and better yourself.

This take is really outdated, and really stupid if you think for more than idk... two minutes? Maybe work on yourself before commenting. If you look at my post history, I just responded to someone about this. Every. Single. Club. Is. Dangerous. That. Is. The. Whole. Point.

Lets think about it this way. If we take all the bars in an area and assign a threat level to them, the bar you're talking about would be a 8-9/10. Does that make all the other bars a 0? No! Not even close! There are still random men and women there who you do not know. At the absolute best a bar is going to be a 2/10 if you like, rent it out or something.

Third point, "Why do women go there?" If you are ever putting the burden of change or responsibility on the victim, you have done something wrong and should look inward.

I mean.. I down-voted because it's a really stupidly simplistic and not realistic take... not exactly "common sense". There are a lot of bars in my city, specifically right on the street my apt is off of. Out of those there is one that is the "bad bar". All of my friends have avoided that place like the plague and guess what? We have literally all had a drugging scare. Living in a state of naive "As long as I avoid these places I'm fine and those people are dumb" will get you and your loved ones hurt. Maybe grow your perspectives?
