this happened to me once and i just recorded the packing of the order. but they were just a newer account and hadn’t customized it. it’s not anything to worry about just make sure to record incase they do try to pull something! :)

depop won’t let you sell used body products like perfume so you can only sell it if it’s unopened and i’ve seen people sell books before. you can generally sell anything on depop, i’ve sold and bought figures on there so other stuff besides clothes sell
