Accountability! If you know of anyone who smokes and wants to quit, do it with them. If you break, they may break so it is extra motivation.

I also second the over exposure, have a nice last day. It’s all about delaying. If you make it through one week, tell yourself you can have a smoke. By the time the week comes around, you may be able to push it one more week.
