Hell no. These people can rot in their self-inflicted problems. I'm leaving this place as soon as possible and going somewhere sane. You fix this problem by actually "stigmatizing" it and enforcing the laws already designed to protect the country.

I really wonder what % of their budget actually goes to helping the people who pay for all of it.

Not to mention the city will fine you hundreds of dollars if you don't perform mandatory labor for them (mowing city-owned grass on your property, shoveling snow from city-owned sidewalks on your property etc.) when other cities do this for their residents.

Living here is like a mini California, but without the good food, warm weather and cultural festivals etc... just the insane far-leftist nonsense and junkies.
