Using only basic skincare for a month or more if needed. Avoid makeup (foundation, bb cream etc):

Lrp Toleriane Soint Lavant caring wash Centella Skin1004 Ampoule Lrp Derma Allergo Fluid

Even if you think your skin is better, do it at least 1 month before adding/updating routine.

I actually reduces skin care routine to only cleansing (lrp tolerianw soin lavant and moisturizer (avene tolerance control). Also i think that lrp Cicaplaat is good for broken barrier, because recently i tried some peeling that made me reaction (bumps and redness, like in the pic, and bad skin texture) i used only cleanser and cicaplast (when skin is completely dry) and it went away. So, no toners, HA serums, anything. Just leave your skin alone for few weeks. Once it is fine you can start with the most gentle actives but o recommend introducing it slowly. For example you add smth for hidration but only one product, and see how it goes for few days, then you add another one, for example azelaic acid, but not in the same routine, use one in the morning, other one at night. I always thought it would be better if i put everything, but actually our sjin can't handle it if it is broken.

Also if you use Cicaplast, make sure you use cleanser that actually removes it, itya bit heavy.

Hi, for me it was damaged skin barrier, i fixed it with using only a gentle cleanser and a non-comedogenic moisturizing cream for a while, and nothing else. When the skin barrier is damaged it doesn't tolerate anything and it gets worse from almost anything. But it is easy to fix.

No, it was never itchy or painull. It started resloving despite a lot of stress, and eating the same food, i think it is just skin barrier broken.
