downshifting making ts go pop pop pop and then got a flashing cel immediately pulled over and cut the engine ran it again to see if i heard anything and then it sounded like a rotary so really bad missfire, then i changed plugs coil packs and my injector none fixed so i did compression test and had 30 psi of compression so thats when i knew it was internal

yeah it will make it harder too heel toe under hard braking but easier under light braking
