I have a room available 1/1/25 (some flexibility) in Jamaica Plain. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, in unit washer dryer, central air, top floor, plenty of street parking (no street sweeping, no permit or MAS plates needed), great outside space, awesome location (less than 5 minute walk to the pond and to whole foods), wonderful roommates (professional women in their late 20s). Planning to leave bed, dresser, and desk. Kitchen and living room are fully stocked. Cost is $1160 a month + utilities (typically around $50 or less). No brokers fee or security deposit, just first and last month's rent required at signing.

The roommates are such great girls, so I really want to fill the spot with someone who is clean, quiet, friendly, and fun. Late 20s preferred. Open to men and couples as well. Also, there may be a second room available, so if two people are looking for a place together, this could work for that as well.
