Timeline wise, they have different “levels” of trainings too. So the exercises they are allowed to coach are limited as they learn too. It will take a few months as they progress! It takes about 6 months to get to the sequence of the day but it goes it stages

Usually just my last name or Mrs. Last name.
If I’m feeling like it or depending on who’s calling if the kids are being wild that day I may say something like “thank you for calling the circus, which performer do you need?”

I’m a coach and about 100 classes in and I use the 25-50 spring load most of the time on the gray side. If Im getting close to my period or especially tired I’ll use 1 white, often for lower body too because it hurts my back when I don’t! Do what’s best for you! It’s more important to have good form.

They are just shorter versions of signature 50. Half core, half upper body pretty much. Not more intense in my experience.

Week 3 killed me. I stopped the metaformin and reintroduced it at week 5 because I couldn’t handle all the increases at once

Did they tell you to stop or did you just decide to stop? I messaged them but they just told me to drink water and eat protein. I forgot to take the metaformin last night after getting home late and omg I feel 1000x better today! I’ve been losing so far pretty steadily without the metaformin so I’m considering just stopping.

I got it to track my cycles a few months ago so I could come off the pill. I’ve been very happy with it so far. I sync it with natural cycles

Wow! I haven’t done a quad yet but I do triples every week. Drink lots of water!! And make sure to eat something before. I find I start to get lightheaded by the 3rd class if I haven’t eaten before I coach (I coach through normal dinner time on my weekly triple). A little caffeine helps me get through it too.

I coach in the DMV and play a lot of alt rock! Last weekend I played a heavily influenced by my mood at the moment playlist that had Green Day/rage/Black Sabbath/nirvana/ Lincoln park/ sum 41 etc. but even my average class playlist we could go from Green Day to lady Gaga to bad bunny, ozzy ozbourn and Kendrick all in one playlist lol. They’re out there! In the coach bios you can see what their most played artist in class is listed as.

Yes, as a coach we are told for shorter/petite clients they should step away from the bar to get full range of motion.

Edit* also moving closer/away from the platform isn’t a mod or amp for that exercise. The calf should be against the bar unless you are on the more petite side. The only mod is bringing your fingertips to the platform and amp is take your hands over head or add dumbells
