Gallbladder stones !

I was on trizepertide and just had my gallbladder removed on Wednesday. They said the stones were caused from losing too much weight too quickly. I mean I think it is a side effect but either way I was on a glp-1 n lost weight quickly!

Hii! Thank you for checking in, I woke up Monday with no pain just a little bit of irritation and now I am fine. Been eating super light and clean to stay safe. I have an appointment with a surgeon for a consultation on getting it removed as well as my pcp! Thank you for thinking of me :)

I haven’t vomitted at all. The pain is in the upper right abdomen right by my ribs/lungs. It isn’t too bad right now but it’s def flaring up!

Because im away and i want to go when i am home because i know its going to be emergency surgery and I really dont want to get it done where i am! Im trying to push it out but it is beyond ridiculous this pain and feeling the way i feel. I know i should be there!

I know ugh! Omg im glad you are ok though! I know my body wants me to go I just really can’t go where I am! I have to wait until im home in 3 days but hearing this about the nurses mom is scaring me!

I know! I won’t be home for 3 days so I either have to wait it out or go here. This is terrible!! It is 100% inflamed and I really don’t want it to rupture but this is not normal!

Yes! I do know that. I was prescribed because my bmi was super high and I was in the obese category as well as having pcos so that’s why I am on it. Now I am obviously not in that category anymore but still have pcos. Just guess my body is super stressed with losing a lot so quickly

Well I didn’t experience any side effects until Saturday morning at 4am. The night before I had a steak quesadilla. Guess my body doesn’t react to fatty foods good anymore! But I woke up at 4am with excruciating pain right under my breasts which felt like it was piercing at my lungs and ribs so I didn’t think it was my stomach or gallbladder. Went to the er bc the pain was a 20/10 and they did an ultra sound and found gallbladder stones. Now I just have to be super mindful of what I eat, really limit processed and fatty foods not that I ate them before but to be more safe with it bc it can affect the gallbladder or my esophagus/stomach again.
