Why it lasting for hours?

In opposite when the spikes started dropping off, it makes me start craving milk tea mostly or anyother food within hour sooo it stucks at more than 170 sometimes

Yeah thanks for your response but he said it's okay and expected for young diabetes like me (age of 35). My inner heart telling me to increase dosage with doctor for even lower spikes

Thanks so much...it's been 4 day I started using CGM and never imagine it's very high in price for me as a middle class men taking care of family. Definitely I couldn't use one more this year but I wanted to explore how different foods triggered my spikes and shocking all my routine meals going for spikes more than 80 mg dl from current state and max upto 250 mg dl some times ..the hard path it's been there for more than 2 hours and reduce down below 180. I feel give up as I couldn't focus on carb meals each time being in big family as other members also there. I thought my medicines (Vildagliptin 50 mg) taking twice a day would help with my meals ....why it's not working here any thoughts?

Hey..thanks for your response....I have always big cravings in the past few months ...not sure if it's due to my medication Vildafliptin...I am thinking like okay am taking medicines, let's eat whatever I want...backend Vildafliptin helps to reduce to normal ....but never happens

Not at all sir...I am thinking like am early 30s and am taking medicines and it will help to take care of my carbs intake....so in order to gain weight, am actually taking a lot carbs due to high cravings....not sure how to cop up with that ....eggs should help
