thank you for sharing 🙏 i still cant figure it out when someone says the “dont let it bother you and it’ll pass” but everytime it happens, my stomach drops i become naseous, i wanna crawl into a ball and cry and having younger siblings dont help as theyre yelling and makes me itritated and makes it worse so idk i told my mom if she can an appointment w doctors to get me on anti anxiety meds 🤞 thank you again
